River To Sea Relay 2012

Oppressive heat and humidity could not deter The Highlands Hashers from completing the River to Sea Relay for the second year in a row.  The 92 mile trek across the State of New Jersey began in the small town of Milford  and finished on the beach in Manasquan.  

This was a tremendous team effort from everyone involved.

Yesterday's ascent on Saddleback Mtn, Rangeley ME (4116') Ascent: 29:51, Descent 15:56 1640' from lodge to summit ~2 miles of techy trails. ~70 seconds faster than Monday's ascent, 66 seconds faster on the descent.

She finished the NYC Triathlon in 3:28:56 ! Way to go! swim 22:12 bike 1:48:14 run 1:00:54 plus transitions I myself would never make it out of the water.
