Something for everyone at Par Hills Alumni 5k

The club had a good turn out in full support of the first annual Parsippany Hills Cross Country Alumni Run. Hope to see more people next year! Spread the word.

Clinton Township Country Run 15K: 1:02:28 (new PR)
Newport 10,000: 39:15.0 (new PR)
Rockaway Rotary 5K: 1st age group.
White Meadow Lake 5K: 1st overall.
Jimmy D 5K: 3rd age group.
Sussex County Sheriff's Crimestoppers 10K: 2nd age group.
PAN Classic 5K: 1st overall.
Newport Liberty Waterfront Half Marathon: 1:27:57 (new PR)
The Steeplechase Distance Run: 18:18.0 (new 5K Road PR), 1st age group.
Mendham Harvest Hustle 5K: 1st age group.
USATF-NJ 5K XC CHAMPIONSHIP: 18:16.0 (5K XC PR)
Giralda Farms 5K: 1st age group. 

HASHATHON !

   Congratulations to Gonad for winning the first
place Hasher award, as you can see he got some "pie"
for his efforts !
   As always it was a fun day, and it was nice to see Ron
and his son Mark out with us . Of course the beer on trail
was nice also, however I'm a little skeptical about that 2nd
beer check, we noticed O'Doul bottles ....... ON - ON
