Three
lonely Highlands Hashers made their way down to Asbury Park to compete in the
50th Annual Polar Bear Races.
Freezing cold rain and fierce winds off the
Atlantic could not stop Jason and Sean from setting new PRs at the five mile
distance.
Awards
were presented at the very posh Berkley Carteret Hotel.
No pizza
eating challenge this year, but a post-race celebration was had at the Anchor’s
Bend Bar inside the Convention Hall.
