Rick McNulty gives Dave and Gene another look at the Mountain Madness 50k course. This week we ran the out loop between aid stations 4/6 and 5, starting from Skyline Drive. After the run we met two other trail runners who will be running in the Reach the Beach Relay. They are running as a fundraiser for Billy's Buddies.
Our run can be seen HERE (we ran an extra loop, off course).
This week we drank Railbender Ale from the Erie Brewing Company.

You guys are a trip. I'm figuring it was like what....8am when you cracked those beers? It was dark when you started the run. lol
Looking forward to the race, I ran that same section last weekend. Going to run some more of the course this weekend.
It was 8:15... takes some time to set up the camera! See ya at the race. - and please spread videos around to prospective runners.
