Gene hammers the Splitrock Resevoir trail all by himself, while Dave enjoys a long weekend in the Big Apple. Gene ran something like 8.3 miles in around 2 hours (yes, it is a truly brutal nightmare of a trail, when you can find it). This is the down week, meaning, we recover for much more in the next 2 weeks. See the white trail here. Enjoy.

May 3 - Splitrock Resevoir
Ran the old road up to Charlottenburg. Approximately 4 miles out n then back for 8 in 1:14:08. Snake Dog IPA at the end. Fairly exhausting run. see video.map link:
