Barefoot Running

So I had a chance to do some barefoot running today.

Running on soft-medium soft sand seemed to incur less heel-strike than running on firmer sand (closer to the water) did. On the 'hard pack', my stride felt like my usual jogging one - but noticed that if I picked up the pace, there was less heel-strike even on the firmer stuff.

Anyway, hope you're staying warm. See you soon.

I'm so jealous of you - its freezing and snowing here in Jersey. Enjoy the warmth.

Nice, Josh. Shoes cause heel strike. Its next to impossible to hit with your heels when there's nothing on them. Keep up the good work.
